Introduction to JEE Main 2022

JEE Main 2022 Answer Key (Institutional) has been released for Session 1. Paper Analysis (Day 3 Shift 1) is available now. Admit card has been released on 21st June 2022 for Session 1 exam. Registration (2nd session) Last date is till 30th June 2022. Exam Dates have been revised for both sessions. JEE Main is a national level entrance exam organised by NTA every year. It is an engineering entrance test organized all over India for the engineering aspirants. By qualifying this exam, candidates will get admission in B.Tech/ B.E/ B.Arch/ B.Plan courses into top known engineering institutions like IIT’s, NIT’s, CFTI’s, etc. As per the new changes introduced, the exam is being conducted two times – in the months of June & July. The exam will be held separately for Paper 1 (B.Tech/ B.E) and Paper 2 (B.Arch/ B.Plan). JEE Main 2022 Admit Card

Candidates can download JEE Main admit card from the website of NTA. It has been made available for download from 21st June 2022 for 1st session on the website few days before the examination. Students can download hall ticket by entering their login details.

The admit card must be kept safely as it is an important document which will contain various details about the candidates and exam. Students must go through complete instructions mentioned on the hall ticket before appearing for the exam.

JEE Main 2022 Application Form

Know complete details about JEE Main 2022 application form in the below given section:

  1. The registration process is being conducted for two sessions – Session 1 & 2.
  2. Students can register through online mode.
  3. For first session, registration was started from 1st March 2022. For second session, it has been started from 1st June 2022.
  4. Registration has been re-started for JEE Main (1st session) from 18th April 2022. Candidates can apply and submit fee till 25th April 2022.
  5. For 2nd session, the last date to apply & submit fee is till 30th June 2022.
  6. Candidates while registering for exam must make sure they are eligible by going through complete eligibility criteria provided below.
  7. All the details provided during registration must be valid & authentic otherwise it might lead to rejection of form.
  8. This year, candidates cannot edit any incorrect details (if any) as authority will not provide any opportunity to edit details.
  9. Registration process consists of different steps – Online registration, fill the application form, upload images of photograph/ signature / documents, payment of application fee, etc.
  10. After registering successfully, students must take printout of application form and keep it safely for future reference.

JEE (Main) Eligibility Criterion

For appearing in JEE (Main) 2021 the candidate must have passed in final examination of 10+2 or its equivalent referred to as the qualifying examination (given below). However, Those appearing in 10+2 (Class XII) final or equivalent examination in 2021 may also appear in JEE (Main) 2021 provisionally.

List of Qualifying Examinations for JEE (Main)
  1. 1. The +2 level examination in the 10+2 pattern of examination of any recognized Central/State Board of Secondary Examination, such as Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi, and Council for Indian School Certificate Examination, New Delhi
  2. 2. Intermediate or two-year Pre-University Examination conducted by a recognized Board/University.
  3. 3. Final Examination of the two-year course of the Joint Services Wing of the National Defence Academy.
  4. 4. Any Public School/Board/University Examination in India or in foreign countries recognized by the Association of Indian Universities as equivalent to 10+2 system.
  5. 5. H.S.C. Vocational Examination.
  6. 6. A passing grade in the Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Open School with a minimum of five subjects.
  7. 7. 3 or 4-year diploma recognized by AICTE or a State Board of Technical Education.
JEE MAIN - All India Engineering Entrance Exam

JEE MAIN 2014 All India Engineering Entrance Examination is one of the most sort after Engineering Entrance Exams held in India. It is conducted for admission to Engineering, Architecture, Planning and Pharmacy degree courses in various engineering colleges and institutes spread all over India.

JEE MAIN is conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education ( CBSE ), and Department of Secondary & Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) in compliance with the directives of the Government of India (GOI). A centralized counseling system is provided for filling up the available seats all over India.

JEE MAIN Eligibility

The minimum academic qualification for admission through JEE MAIN Entrance Exam is a pass in the final examination of 10+2 (Class XII) or its equivalent. Those appearing in 10+2 (Class XII) final or equivalent examination may also appear in JEE MAIN. and B.Tech courses through JEE MAIN one needs to have physics and Mathematics and any one of Chemistry, Biotechnology, Computer Science and Biology.
